We encountered a Brother HL-5350DN printer today with no user display, after resetting the device to factory settings
Power off the printer
Hold the GO button while powering on the printer
All LED's will light up, keep holding
When the Status LED goes out release the GO button
Press GO 6 times
We needed to use the web interface to set the IP address, the access details are below
Username = admin
Password = access
